The Product Division at Virgin Active South Africa is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering the health, fitness, and wellness experiences that define our brand.
We work across multiple specialised areas – including Personal Training, Group Exercise, Aquatics, Wellness & Recovery, and Family Activities – to ensure that every member experience is engaging, effective, and aligned to global trends and best practice.
As the strategic engine of our service offering, the Product team leads the recruitment and support of our independent contractor network, implements new innovations, manages training standards, and drives commercial growth through quality, consistency, and creativity.
